一、基本信息

王喜宏，女，1983年生，山东青岛人，副教授（六级岗），博士生导师。2006年和2011年分别在中国海洋大学和中国科学院昆明动物研究所获得本科和博士学位；2013年起在西北农林科技大学任教；2018年直聘为副教授。

1. 科学研究

主要从事羊的基因组遗传育种研究工作，运用群体遗传学、生物信息学等手段，对全世界家羊、野羊和古代羊的组学大数据资源进行深度挖掘，解析羊起源、驯化、改良中关键性状及基因的改变，筛选优异性状的候选因果变异，将研究结果应用于基因组选择等技术，服务分子育种。

2. 人才培养

主要承担《分子生物学》、《动物生物技术》、《生物信息学》等本科和研究生课程。《动物生物技术》(第二版) 副主编，2018年荣获西北农林科技大学青年教师讲课比赛一等奖，2021年荣获吴常信动物遗传育种优秀论文奖，2025年指导本科生科创获得陕西省生物竞赛三等奖。
