1.基本信息

姚军虎，博士，二级教授，博士生导师，国务院第七、八届畜牧学科评议组成员，中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会副会长，中国动物营养指导委员会委员，第四届全国畜牧学科高峰论坛秘书长，陕西省饲料饲草产业体系首席科学家，西北农林科技大学动物营养与饲料学科学术带头人，宝钢优秀教师。

主持“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目（1项），国家自然科学基金（5项，已结题4项）、科技部国际科技合作与交流专项（1项）、陕西省科技创新工程等35项课题。以奶畜能量高效利用的营养调控原理为主要科学问题，围绕瘤胃健康与高效发酵、小肠淀粉消化调控、肝脏能量利用、乳腺生物学等开展系统研究，系统揭示了奶畜碳水化合物代谢机理，建立了碳水化合物平衡指数体系（CBI）和能量高效利用一体化调控技术。

获陕西省科技进步一等奖1项（第一完成人）、其他省部科技成果奖4项，授权国家发明专利6件。筹划建成了国际领先水平的智能环控消化代谢实验中心，并策划设立了陕西省饲料产业特色产业链等重大课题。

主编《家畜饲养学》、副主编《动物营养学》国家“十三五”规划教材等。负责并主讲的《动物营养学》先后建成国家一流课程，国家级精品视频公开课、省级精品课程、省级在线开放课程，建成省级教学团队。已培养毕业硕士生86名、博士生31人。
