任刚博士长期从事表观遗传学及其调控机理的研究。主要开发和应用基因组学、三维基因组学、表观遗传组学,以及单细胞测序技术等解析家畜动物早期胚胎,以及肌肉组织相关的细胞分化、发育、以及命运决定过程中的调控机理和生产应用。
目前主要研究方向:
1. 染色质高级结构的动态变化规律及调控机制
2. 细胞命运决定过程中的表观遗传调控机理
3.家畜抗病生物育种,家畜生产性状/抗病/抗逆的表观遗传调控
