1. 基本信息

于海波,内蒙古通辽人,博士,副教授,博士生导师;入选陕西省“中青年科技创新领军人才计划”,秦岭生态环保“青年学者”,西北农林科技大学“青年英才培育计划”;兼任中国水产学会冷水鱼专业委员会委员,陕西省渔业产业技术体系岗位专家。

三、开设课程与学生培养

承担本科生《水产动物营养与饲料学》、《饲料添加剂学》和研究生《养殖水环境监测与调控技术》、《水生生物学研究进展》、《高级水产动物营养与饲料学》和《渔业案例分析与讨论》等课程教学任务。

指导研究生10余名,其中获得西北农林科技大学优秀硕士学位论文2人、国家奖学金2人、校长奖学金1人,优秀研究生毕业生4人;指导本科生科技创新和毕业论文30余人,其中获得西北农林科技大学本科生 “百篇优秀毕业论文” 2人、西北农林科技大学优秀本科毕业论文2人、全国大学生水产技能大赛二等奖1人、全国大学生生命科学创新创业大赛二等奖1人、西北农林科技大学大学生创新训练计划结题优秀奖2人,西北农林科技大学第九届大学生创新创业论坛三等奖1人、西北农林科技大学第十届“挑战杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛三等奖1人。

四、研究方向

1. 水产动物对逆境胁迫的生理响应机制及其营养调控策略

(1)逆境胁迫诱导水产动物代谢紊乱和肠道稳态失衡的机制;

(2)营养素/添加剂对逆境条件下水产动物肝肠健康的调控作用及机制。

2. 水产生态健康养殖模式构建与减排技术

(1)水产生态养殖模式构建与低碳养殖技术;

(2)养殖水环境调控与尾水治理技术;

(3)水产养殖池塘温室气体排放特征与减排技术。
