(一) 基本信息

薛虎平，陕西韩城人，复旦大学理学博士（硕博连读），2009-2011年于加拿大McGill大学学习，2012年参加工作。教授，博士研究生导师。国家自然科学基金面上项目通讯评审专家，教育部学位论文通讯评审专家，全国遗传学代表大会（南京）会议代表，陕西省药理学会抗感染药物药理专业委员会常委，中国微生物学会会员，连续受邀在全国金黄色葡萄球菌论坛上做学术报告。

(二) 研究方向与开设课程

研究方向：随着“饲料端禁抗、养殖端限抗”政策的全面落实，急需开发抗生素替代品。我们围绕这一产业需求，以抗菌肽为着力点，致力于研究：（1）天然产物中挖掘新型抗菌肽和抗菌剂，并对其进行改造；（2）以金黄色葡萄球菌为靶标菌，阐明抗菌肽的作用机理，开展联合用药研究；（3）以大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌和毕赤酵母为表达宿主，构建抗菌肽高表达体系，实现抗菌肽规模化生产。

所在课题组拥有与分子生物学、细胞生物学和微生物学研究相关的价值1500余万仪器和设备，欢迎有兴趣从事细菌学研究的同学们报考。

开设课程：分子生物学、动物生物化学、动物生物技术。
