1.基本信息

杨欣,吉林省敦化市人,博士,教授,博士生导师,动物营养与环境卫生系主任,学院教工第四党支部书记“双带头人”。2004年本科毕业于中国农业大学,2010年获得中国农业大学农学博士学位。曾就职于饲用微生物工程国家重点实验室,2012年5月至今在西北农林科技大学动物营养与饲料科学教研室工作。中国科协科普中国专家,陕西省饲料饲草产业技术体系秘书长,省饲料生产许可证专家审核委员会委员,陕西省“四主体一联合”畜禽维生素营养校企联合研究中心主任,大禹生物(西安)产业发展研究院副院长,入选2020年江苏省科技副总,世界家禽学会会员,中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会会员,中国畜牧兽医学会微生态与生物饲料专委会陕西省副主任委员。《家畜生态学报》学术编辑,《FASEB Journal》、《Journal of Animal Science》、《Poultry Science》、《Animal Nutrition》等杂志审稿人。

2.研究方向

家禽肠道健康与早期营养调控,饲料资源与节粮减排技术研发,宠物营养。

3.开设课程与教学成果

主讲本科生课程《饲料加工工艺学》、《配合饲料及加工工艺实习》,以及研究生课程《动物营养生理学》;参讲《动物营养学》,《饲料加工与检测技术》等课程。主讲的《动物营养生理学》获批2021年陕西省课程思政示范课程,所在教学团队获得2021年陕西省课程思政教学团队(1/6);参讲的陕西省高校在线开放课程建设项目《动物营养学》2019年入选学习强国平台,2020年评为国家级一流本科课程(4/5);主讲的《饲料加工工艺学》在2021年被认定为校一流本科课程(虚拟仿真)。

4.学术成果

先后参加国家“973”项目“畜禽胃肠道结构与功能的发育与调节”、国家“973”项目“有益微生物对动物的生物学活性及功能研究”、国家“十二五”项目“饲用乳酸菌应用技术研究与产业化示范推广”,国家“十三五”重点研发计划项目“畜禽养殖绿色安全营养关键技术研发”,国家“十四五”重点研发计划项目“畜禽饲料饲草精细化加工技术研究”等研究工作。主持国家自然科学基金2项、国家重点研发计划项目子课题2项、及陕西省重点研发计划项目等其他省部级以上项目共15项。聚焦肉鸡消化道功能与微生物定植等科学问题,系统研究功能脂肪酸、益生菌及其代谢产物的早期营养调控作用与机制,开发饲料预消化技术,实现肉鸡健康养殖与饲料资源高效利用。发表论文80余篇,其中在《Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology》、《Journal of Animal Science》、《Poultry Science》及《Animal Nutrition》等刊物上发表SCI论文52篇,授权国家发明专利4项;参编国家级规划教材4部,出版著作5部;获陕西省科技进步二等奖1项。
