4 主要研究方向
坚持高效产奶与健康养殖并重,以提高乳糖合成效率为目标,聚焦限制奶牛产奶效率提升的背后关键科学问题“肝脏糖异生的营养调控机理不明”,从糖异生前体物质的吸收、感应、转化等角度,系统研究奶牛肝脏糖异生的分子基础及提高产奶效率的营养调控策略:阐明肠上皮细胞动态更新及吸收糖异生前体物质的机制;解析mTOR 通路感应糖异生前体物质的分子机制;建立提升肝脏糖异生效率的营养添加剂候选库。
