一、 基本信息

吴江维,女,博士,博士生导师,西北农林科技大学动物科技学院三级教授。入选国家级青年人才、陕西省人才计划、陕西省中青年科技领军人才,获全国优秀博士学位论文、陕西青年科技奖、陕西青年科技标兵等荣誉奖励。

现为国家自然科学基金委员会生命科学部通讯评议专家、教育部学位中心学位论文评审专家、中国畜牧兽医学会动物遗传育种学分会理事、中国细胞生物学学会细胞代谢分会委员、陕西省细胞生物学学会理事、中国生物化学与分子生物学报编委。兼任《PLOS Biology》Academic Editor,《Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology》Guest associate editor,担任Cell Metabolism、Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy、生物化学与生物物理进展等数个国内外期刊审稿人。以通讯作者在 Cell Metabolism (亮点文章)、 Nature Communications 、 Advanced Science 及 PLOS Biology 等期刊发表30余篇学术论文。

三、研究方向

1)猪肉品质改良:

通过分析大规模猪群体表型和环境因子数据,从遗传变异、环境变异和营养因素三个层面解析优质猪肉形成的调控机制,明确关键基因、功能突变和环境因子在表型变异中的作用,为优质猪肉生产提供依据。

2)动物糖脂代谢调控:

以实践应用潜能为出发点,围绕动物糖脂代谢紊乱问题,通过系统的生物信息学和网络药理学筛选并鉴定具有调控动物糖脂稳态的天然小分子,推动基础研究成果的转化应用。
