薛虎平

(一)基本信息

薛虎平,陕西韩城人,复旦大学理学博士(硕博连读),2009-2011年于加拿大McGill大学学习,2012年参加工作,现为西北农林科技大学动物科技学院副教授,硕士研究生导师。连续受邀在全国金黄色葡萄球菌论坛上做学术报告,受邀在2018年中国遗传学全国代表大会暨学术讨论会做分会场学术报告。

(二)研究方向与开设课程

研究方向:通过实验生物学和计算生物学相结合的方法研究动物源细菌学相关问题。目前主要致力于研究:(1)畜禽源葡萄球菌耐药性产生与传播的分子机制;(2)葡萄球菌耐药基因簇的传播规律及其演化方式;(3)防控细菌耐药性的新产品与新技术开发。

所在课题组拥有与分子生物学、细胞生物学和微生物学研究相关的价值1500余万仪器和设备,欢迎有兴趣从事细菌学研究的同学们报考。

开设课程:分子生物学、动物生物技术、动物生物化学。
