RESEARCH INTERESTS

My current work mainly focuses on the construction of a Caprini pan-genome, which will provide a comprehensive repertoire of Caprini genomic variations and will help understand the speciation and domestication process of Caprini species. I am also interested in population genetics and exploring causative mutations underlying important economic traits of cattle, goat and sheep.
