1. Basic information

Shi Huaiping, male, born in May 1974, doctor, Professor and PhD supervisor of Northwest A&F University. He graduated from Northwest Agricultural University in 1999, obtained a master's degree in agronomy from Northwest A&F University in 2005, obtained a doctor's degree in science from Northwest A&F University in 2011, and left the post doctoral station in 2014. From 2009 to 2010, he was at University of Alberta in Canada as a visiting scholar for one year.

4. Academic achievements

Committed to the research on genetic improvement and healthy farming technology of dairy goats for a long time, and presided over and participated in more than 20 scientific research projects, including the special public welfare industry of dairy goat of the Ministry of agriculture, the national key research and development plan project, the major science and technology project for the cultivation of new varieties of genetically modified organisms, the general project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the science and technology overall planning and innovation project of Shaanxi Province, Key research and development plan of Shaanxi Province, major agricultural technology extension service pilot project of Shaanxi Province, general funding of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, funding of Shaanxi postdoctoral scientific research project, agricultural science and technology demonstration and extension project of Yangling Demonstration Zone, etc.

Scientific research won 3 awards, including:

● 2019 The first prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award (the 7th finisher), and the title was “Research and Application of Key Technologies for High Quality Development of Dairy Goat Industry”.

● 2014 The second prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award (the 10th finisher), and the title was “Research and Demonstration on Key Technologies of Breeding and Industrialization of Dairy Goats”.

● 2016 Science and technology award of Yangling Demonstration Zone (the second finisher), and the title was “Research and demonstration on propagation and healthy breeding technology of dairy goats”.

And 2016 The development of China's dairy goat industry.

8 professional books were published, such as “Feeding principle and feed processing of dairy goat”230 questions about raising dairy goat with high efficiency”dairy goat husbandry handbook”Practical farming techniques of dairy goat"Resources and Utilization of goat&sheep Industry in Arid Areas of the World", etc.

The Academic papers are mainly published in the journals of Cellular Physiology, Agricultural & Food Chemistry, Dairy Science, Small Ruminant Research, Animal Science, etc.
