Research Interests

Liu’s research focuses on drug resistance and of staphylococci from livestock environment. We are working on to reveal the genetic basis and metabolic pathway of bacterial drug resistance; to study the horizontal gene transfer of drug resistance among staphylococcal isolates and the spread the drug resistance genes among environment.
