
一、 基本信息
姜 雨,二级教授、动科学院院长,中国动物遗传育种学分会常务理事、中国畜牧业协会智能畜牧分会副会长、农业农村部畜禽资源评价利用重点实验室联合主任。2006年毕业于复旦大学生命学院, 获学士学位。2011年在中科院昆明动物所王文研究员指导下获遗传学博士学位。2011年至2013年在澳大利亚联邦科学院家畜所Brian P. Dalrymple实验室开展博士后工作。2013年11月以副教授被引进到西北农林科技大学,2015年起聘为教授。
长期从事生物组学分析方法创新和家养动物遗传资源解析工作,构建了世界上首个绵羊和山羊的参考基因组及泛基因组,收集和分析了全球反刍家畜品种、 古代样品及野生物种的多组学和表型数据,鉴定出LCORL、STC2、IGF2BP1等多个显著增加生长速度和体型大小的关键功能基因的因果变异,服务了反刍家畜分子育种的基础创新,支持了羊的新品种选育。以第一或通讯作者(含共同) 在 Science(3 篇)、Nature Biotechnology(2 篇)、Nature Genetics、Science Advances(2 篇)、 Nature Communications(5 篇)、Cell Research(2 篇)等期刊发表论文 70 余篇,他引近 7000 次,是《GPB》、《JGG》、《ZR》、《AROH》等国际期刊的编委,《中国牛业科学》的主编。主持了国家重点研发计划“主要农业动物优异种质资源形成与演化机制”,基金委的优青项目、联合基金重点项目、面上项目,以及省部级科研项目20余项。
