1.基本信息

徐坤,男,1985年07月生,河南省周口市淮阳县人,遗传学博士、西北农林科技大学副教授,硕士生导师。中国遗传学会会员,中国农业生物技术学会动物生物技术分会会员,西北农林科技大学博士后联谊会第三届理事会理事长(2016.01-2017.12), Frontiers in Genetics杂志客座编辑。先后应Frontiers in Genetics杂志邀请进行了Precise Genome Editing Techniques and Application和Opportunities and Challenges for Mitochondrial Genome Editing专题组稿。

2. 研究方向

动物生物技术,主要从事动物基因编辑技术和口服酵母营养免疫调控技术的开发及应用研究,招生专业动物遗传育种与繁殖和动物营养与饲料科学。

3. 承担课程

承担本科生《分子生物学(含实验)》、《动物生物化学实验》和研究生《动物基因工程技术》、《动物繁殖理论与生物技术》、《动物遗传育种进展》、《现代动物育种学》等课程教学任务。2018年陕西首届高校课堂教学创新大赛三等奖,2018年西北农林科技大学青年教师讲课比赛三等奖。

4. 学术成果

累计发表研究论著44篇,其中SCI期刊论文29篇,丛书章节论文2篇;以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文18篇,累计影响因子73.889(发表当年)。申请发明专利9项,其中已授权6项。近五年,先后主持转基因生物新品种培育重点课题子任务、国家自然科学基金、陕西省自然科学基金、中国博士后基金等科研项目8项。代表性成果如下:
